Look Who Came to Visit Today

Look at this hawk.. I'm not sure what kind it is though. My SIL saw him sitting on the light post...a block away. So, that's why the picture wasn't that great.

Or this one..smile... We were all trying to take a picture... but then he flew off!!

We've even got cardinals coming to visit...this was the best photo of him I could get...

Here is a sparrow eating some safflower seed.

And a Dove also eating the watered down safflower seed!
It rained last night, crashing thunder and lightning, then again this morning. Sometimes they seem to like the watered down seeds.

And of course the Blu Jays, they have been at the suet feeder all day. Three, four at a time. Tom's like I'm not putting any more out there, since they devour it so fast. But like I said "it's okay...their hungry too".  So, sounds like Tom will have to put more out  tomorrow!! I think they are so pretty!

So, this is my bird blog tonight... smile...

Today our sweet little Great Granddaughters turned 18 months old. (Isn't this picture adorable? Even when their sleeping their holding on to each other...)

Not quite so cute...but look at all those sparrows.. Tom was counting them, saying "you should see all those sparrows out there"...(as he started counting them..) I said take a picture of them! He couldn't get them all in the picture!! smile....

Now for the latest "news flash" we have our first tomato of the year!! And there are 7 more out there, but their green! So, here you have it all sorts of firsts...the first time the twins are 18 months old, the first time we've seen that many sparrows and of course the first tomato of the year!!!!

Hope your having a good week!!

Blessings and good night!
