Last Saturday we had our South Bottoms Reunion and my son and daughter the in love took me. It was nice and so good to see everyone. But, this was something Tom really enjoyed as it was where he used to live when he was young. He was missed by everyone, but especially me.
Doesn't our world look green??? We've had so much rain this spring it's certainly given us a pretty world!!
When we were heading home, I saw these ominous skies... Looks bad, but we didn't have any rain out of it. (Thank goodness).
Speaking of rain..I spotted all these little mushrooms along a tree root in the yard one day. They are pretty in their own unique way.
Now who doesn't love to play in the rain??? Especially when your young, and you just have to splish and splash in every puddle...smile...
As I end this post I ask you for prayers for my sister in law who is in the hospital. I went up today to see her. Not sure if they will have to do surgery or not.
Good night..

Very nice post. I'm so glad you are getting to go places.
The sky did look ominous but oh how pretty & green things are there.

Hi Gert, I am glad that they took you to your reunion. It is so nice to see family and it always seems as the time fly's. I am sending healing prayers for your sister-in-law. Take care. Hugs and Prayers from your Missouri Friend. Shirley
Hi Gert, lovely photos and glad you had a nice time with those you love. I think Tom is watching over all of you just smiling at those he loved best. I will pray for Karen, I hope all will be well. It is good to say hello. I have been behind catching posts and comments. Glad I came by. It is hot here but a nice rain washed some of the heat away for the evening. It feels good to open a few windows. We have rabbits eating all our pretty flowering plants. They dug under our front porch deck and the backyard shed. We are going to get them out humanely and put chicken wire around those opened areas so they will have to leave and find new living quarters. Naughty, naughty bunnies. Ah...nature.
Prayers all around for you and those you love. Have a beautiful SONday.
xo Anne
